• Contact details: your name and your email, when you create your account to book the trial lesson.
• Data about your account and how you use the platform: your level, the lessons you watch and your progress.
• Payment data: Stripe handles it, including the card you save for the trial lesson. We don't store your card number, only the reference Stripe gives us to identify your customer record and an identifier of the card (which isn't its number either) so that the free trial lesson is used only once per person.
• What you share with your teacher inside the platform: the weekly video you upload, and the messages and files you send each other. We keep up to 3 videos per person and each one is deleted automatically after 15 days. Your teacher only sees your first name: never your email, your phone number or your payment details.
• If you choose to pay for the full year, the Thomann gift voucher you receive: its code and its status.
• Your profile photo, if you decide to upload one (it's optional). Your teacher and the academy can see it; your teacher only sees your first name next to it. You can change or remove it whenever you like from "My account".
• If you want to teach at AMO, the details and the photo you give us in the form. The academy team can see them and, if we accept you, the photo may become your teacher profile photo.
• Basic technical data, such as the IP address, needed for the website to work and stay secure.

• Giving you access to the lessons and managing your subscription, because it is necessary to fulfil our contract with you.
• Handling your trial lesson booking and your enquiries, at your request.
• Meeting legal obligations, such as tax and accounting ones.
• Sending you news and offers, only if you give us your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

• Stripe, to charge subscriptions.
• LiveKit, for the video calls in lessons: image and sound pass through their servers while the lesson lasts. They aren't recorded and we keep nothing from the video call, only when you entered the room.
• Providers who offer us services, such as hosting, video and email: {{hosting, video and email providers}}.
• We don't sell your data.

If a provider is outside the European Economic Area, we do so with the safeguards the law requires.

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to info@academiademusicaonline.com. If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
