Teacher collaboration conditions

The academy is run by GTG MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS S.L. These conditions set out what is asked of anyone who teaches through the platform.

You teach the academy's students as an independent collaborator. {{type of relationship and contract with the teacher}}

• You will only see the name each student goes by. You won't receive their email, their phone number or their payment details.
• You will not ask for or try to obtain a student's contact details, neither through the platform nor outside it.
• You will not give students your own contact details (email, phone, social networks, messaging links or links to other platforms).
• All communication with the student, including sending sheet music and documents, takes place through the platform.

• You will never charge a student or accept payments from them. The academy makes all charges.
• The academy pays you for the lessons you give its students. {{payment schedule and method for teachers}}
• If the student doesn't show up to a lesson of their subscription, you are still paid for the lesson as long as the student has already been charged. Cancelled lessons and your own absences are not paid.
• The trial lesson is the student's first free lesson and isn't paid, whether you give it or the student doesn't come.

• Lessons take place in the video call room that the academy opens for each lesson inside the platform, not in a room of your own or in another application.
• A lesson is not recorded without the academy's authorisation and without the student knowing and agreeing.

While you collaborate with the academy and for {{non-solicitation period}} afterwards, you will not offer lessons or musical services, on your own or through third parties, to students you have met through the academy. {{penalty for breach}}

• You will use students' data only to give the lesson and will not copy it or keep it outside the platform.
• You will tell the academy immediately of any loss or misuse of data.
